$Id$ We use the Reliawave DT-ODE-8585 Outdoor Pole Mount Enclosure Kit, http://www.demarctech.com/products/reliawave-ode/reliawave-rw-ode-8585-kit.html We ask for them to omit the PoE injector. We get a price break that way. We should see if they will put the punch for the N connector on the side opposite the cable gland.... We should get a couple extra cable glands. The 3054 MP Aries 802.11g MiniPCI card from netgate.com is best for us, although it is expensive at $89/ea. We need to make sure the driver support is there. We use the soekris.com net4511-30, however, we should consider using the net4526-20 (not yet available?) to save about $20/ea. We need to fit our software into 16MB Flash, first, and we need to figure out how to bootstrap using a PXE boots. The former is a little harder than the latter. We will use the PoE injectors sold by soekris.com. If we use the net4511-30, we need 64MB CF cards. From RFparts.com, we buy our 6-inch pigtails. For the Ares radio, we need one to have a U.FL (aka MHF) connector on one end, and an N male connector on the other. We buy the 8dBi antenna from netnimble.net. We also buy the outdoor ethernet cable from netnimble.net. We already have 1000 ft of that.... We will need a lot of ethernet ends. Nothing fancy is required. We waterproof with "butyl mastic" ("black goo") and electrical tape. $Id$
